This vintage pewter bow brooch features a beautifully detailed ribbon design, with broad flared ends, overlapping folds and a neatly wrapped centre. Rows of marcasite detailing follow the curved edges of the ribbon, while raised teardrop-shaped accents and fine dotted patterns decorate the wider sections. The darkened pewter finish brings out the intricate metalwork, giving the brooch plenty of character and depth.

This brooch would look great pinned to the lapel of a jacket, at the neckline of a blouse or on a coat. Its horizontal shape also works well positioned just below the collar of a buttoned shirt. The traditional bow design adds a romantic touch, while the dark pewter colouring makes it easy to wear.
