This blouse is a lovely example of silk, with a scattered dandelion style floral woven through in ivory and black against a soft grey ground. The stand collar ties into a soft bow at the front, sitting above a row of buttons that runs the full length of the placket. The shoulders gather next to softly padded shoudler detail into long sleeves, finished with a neat button cuff at the wrist. Made under the Michele Valery label from Paris, this piece has the kind of easy tailoring that glances past the 1970s in to the 80s. 

Tuck this into high waisted trousers or a pencil skirt and let the bow sit as the focal point, no extra jewellery needed at the neckline. Add a blazer over the top for the office or wear it with wise flowing cream silk trousers for an elegant easy chic in the evening.
