A beautiful finishing touch from the days when a fur collar was a favourite addition to a well-dressed woman's wardrobe. This authentic vintage collar features a generous sweep of natural fur in lovely honey, biscuit and warm taupe tones, with darker brown shading through the longer hairs. The softly rounded shape sits around the neckline and extends over the shoulders, tapering into two full, rounded ends at the front. From behind, the collar forms a continuous band of fur across the upper back. With its wonderful natural colouring and plush texture, this is a charming example of vintage accessory dressing that can still be enjoyed today.

Why not give your favourite tailored coat a little vintage glamour? This collar would look fabulous against a deep aubergine, olive or burnt sienna wool coat, particularly one with a simple neckline. For something quite different, try it over a bottle-green velvet jacket with wide-leg trousers, or introduce a little 60s sophistication by pairing it with a beautifully cut shift dress and matching gloves.
