This brooch is a classic mid-century spray design, its silver-tone setting curling into loose ribbon loops and sweeping fronds that fan outward from a central floral cluster. Round diamante stones in graduating sizes are set the full length of each curling arm, catching light from every angle, with a small cluster of pave-set stones forming the flower at its heart. The scale is generous without being heavy, and it fastens to the reverse with a simple pin.

A brooch this animated does well pinned somewhere it can move a little, such as the lapel of a tailored coat or the collar of a plain blouse. It also sits beautifully gathered into the folds of a silk scarf at the neck, or fastened to a simple knit where it becomes the sole point of interest. Worn this way, it carries easily from daytime into evening without needing to be swapped out.
