At least 50 years young, this duck egg blue polka dot dress is the sort of piece that stops you in your tracks and smile. White spots on a soft mid blue ground, long sleeves with a neat buttoned cuff, and a self-tie pussy bow at the neck that can be worn as a proper bow, loosely knotted or left to drape. It is a dress with personality built into every seam. The silhouette is a fitted bodice releasing into a full, gently flared skirt that moves beautifully. The waist is defined and the skirt has real sweep to it, the kind of shape that looks wonderful both standing still and walking into a room.

The fabric is an easy care blend with a slight sheen that gives the blue a warmth and depth in natural light. Long sleeves make this a dress that works across the seasons, as good in an autumn as it is on a spring afternoon.
