Somewhere between a goddess gown and a whisper, this Erica-Loren New York nightgown in the softest wash of lavende is the epitome of the seventies. The silhouette is empire in spirit, with a deep V-front, delicate self-tie bow at the centre bust, and double spaghetti straps that lend the shoulders a bare, unencumbered elegance. The fabric, a soft nylon blend with gentle stretch, moves with an instictive fluid ease. Cut with a sweeping A-line skirt and a low V at the back, this is a piece that lives beautifully in motion.
