The Cluster Collection by Melbourne-based label BoldB, is a tribute to Australia's rich natural treasures, contrasting brilliant golden crystal shapes with the smooth dark texture of concrete. Each item sold from the Cluster Collection will fund a girl's secondary school education for a day in a low-income community, through a partnership between BoldB and Room to Read.

Gunmetal metal mesh gives these hoop drop earrings a lovely textural bite, with faceted, scale-like pieces worked around open circular forms. 

The finish shifts between pewter, charcoal and aged silver-tone, so the colour changes a little every time you turn your head. Faceted crystal beads run the full length of each drop, graduating from a small bead at the ear to a generous round at the tip, with an iridescent finish that shifts through gold, amber and the faintest rose as you move. Slim spacers sit between the beads holding the spacing even, and a link about a third of the way down lets the lower section swing on its own. Long bead drops like these ran right through the 70s and came back around for 90s party dressing, which is roughly the span this pair sits across.

Wear them with a silk blouse for textural contrast and pewter tones through the rest of your look. Or, bring out the sparkle wearing these with a little colour. Hair up or swept behind one ear gives the drop room to move.

This faux crystal necklace has softly iridescent beads, warmer honey-toned touches and darker decorative spacers giving it texture all the way around. At the centre sits a small floral feature with a sparkling stone and antiqued metal-toned detail, which gives the whole piece a pretty, slightly old-world finish.

It is a short necklace designed to sit neatly at the neckline. The mix of rounded, faceted and textured elements keeps the eye moving, while the central floral detail gives it a clear focal point. Cluster earrings from the mid-century era are particularly charming especially when they are displaying faceted faux crystal beads wired together in a domed cluster, each bead catching light from a slightly different angle and throwing back a soft iridescent flash of pink, blue and green. Filigree jewellery is a craft with a very long history, and pieces like this are a reminder of why it has never entirely disappeared. Nine open-work flower motifs, each built from fine twisted wire in a layered dimensional form, are linked by slim bar connectors along a fine rope chain. The flowers themselves have real depth. The petals open outward in a scalloped ring around a raised centre cluster, the whole thing more three-dimensional than the photos quite capture. The metal has aged to a dark oxidised silver tone that gives the set a quiet, antique quality. Matching drop earrings complete the pair.

A little shamrock with just enough sparkle, this brooch is traced almost entirely in iridescent diamanté, with three looping leaves, a slender stem and a larger stone at the centre. The stones shift through smoky gold, soft pink, green and flashes of blue as the light moves across them, which gives the piece far more colour than you might expect at first glance.

The open wirework construction keeps the brooch light physically and visually despite the generous number of stones. It is a lovely size for a hat, jacket lapel, cardigan, scarf or coat collar.

A fabulous piece of jewellery theatre in charcoal, pewter and silver, these clip-ons are built up in overlapping leaves and petals around a large clear faceted diamanté drop. Look closely and there is plenty going on: scalloped shapes at the top, long textured leaves sweeping outward, flashes of silvery finish and that oversized clear stone sitting low in the design.
