This authentic vintage maxi is pure 1970s optimism in fabric form. The print is a brilliant mix of saturated greens with pops of violet, sunshine yellow and warm spice tones, arranged in graphic vertical panels that do what great vintage does best: create impact while quietly working in your favour. The neckline is a clean square, the straps are substantial and supportive, and the bodice has those thoughtful era details, including statement buttons and shaping through the torso, finishing in a sweeping skirt with a ruffled hem that moves like it has its own soundtrack.

This skirt is at least 50 years young and in excellent condition! According to the Vintage Fashion Guild, designer Marion Donaldson, was credited with bringing the swinging London to Glasgow, Scotland in the mid-1960's using predominantly Liberty fabrics.

This fantastic and collectable label maxi skirt is a great example of this style and quality of timeless fashion and would look current in todays wardrobes! The long lines and structured waistband will both accentuate the waist and flatter the body.
