Email us the list of items you’d like to try on
TIP: Use our Wishlist Tool to gather up all your favorites into one place, then email us the list. Alternatively just send through the hyperlink/page URL of each item. Please use a subject line with your own details like this e.g.: ‘The Aviary Booking on 4th March 2022 for Jane Smith
- If you feel comfortable, you might like to email us your most recent measurements so we can get an indication that the items will fit you correctly before you arrive.
PLEASE REMEMBER, you’ll need to send us your list of items at least 48 hours before your session so we have time to make them available them for your session.
On the day of your session:
- Head on over to our secure location at 1 Titoki Place, Albany (see map below)
NOTE: The Aviary fitting room is located within the National Mini Storage complex. Please park in one of the parking bays at the front of the building, and we will escort you inside.
- Bring a mask!
This personal service is recognised as a close contact situation and the facility requires you to please ensure you wear a mask at all times. Read the details of this requirement here.
- Be prompt, and mindful of time limitations
Please be mindful that we may have another client following your session – we ask that you be prompt to make the most of your allocated timeslot. If, on the day, you feel like you need more time, you may like to book another appointment for another day.

If you need to cancel your session, please contact us immediately. If you have given us MORE than 48 hours notice from the booking time of your session, you may be entitled to a refund of the Booking Fee. PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be given for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before your session or, if you do not attend for whatever reason.
